The Journey

At 18, while most people were figuring out university majors, Nicole was learning how financial markets actually worked. She dove into cryptocurrencies, forex trading, and investment strategies under direct mentorship—acquiring skills that most people don't develop until years into their careers, if ever.

Her entry into network marketing came next, where she introduced entrepreneurs and ambitious individuals to location-independent income strategies. She built substantial organizations, mastering the early sales and leadership skills that would become the foundation of everything that followed. More importantly, she developed something rarer than sales technique: the ability to understand what people actually need versus what they think they want.

During this phase, Nicole discovered her true skill set. While marketing the business and lifestyle online, she built a community that continues to grow today. But the real transformation came from the conversations—meeting hundreds of diverse people with different stories, challenges, and aspirations. She fell in love with providing solutions that genuinely upgraded lives, not just sold products.

"I found purpose in guiding others and learning their stories," she explains. "Everyone has a vision for their life. Most just don't have the roadmap or the right rooms to make it happen."

‍Nicole expanded into ecommerce, digital marketing, and web design—always testing, always learning. But she never abandoned investing. That skill became permanent infrastructure, generating returns while she built other ventures.
Then came the realization: she wanted to sell luxury. Not accessories or experiences, but actual assets—things people genuinely need and want. Real estate became the obvious answer.
While building her real estate practice, Nicole connected with a CEO in franchising. The partnership evolved into multiple projects through Xfranchise Group, where she now works in sales, identifies premium brands for expansion, matches them with ideal locations based on her clientele insights, and connects the right entrepreneurs with franchise opportunities that align with their capital and vision.
